Happy Mothers Day

Monday, 22 December 2008 17:23

Dear all,

Today as is a Mothers day, therefore I would like to say 'Happy Mothers Day' to all mothers and mothers to be. as we know that everyone of you is a child from your mother but sometime we are forget to say thank you to them who bring us to life and made us become a person.

However not all mother are lucky, as some of them died during the effort to bring a new life to this world. In Indonesia it self, WHO recorded that Maternal mortality ratio (307/100,000 live births). It is amongst the highest in the South-East Asia region (IDHS 2003). The lifetime risk of a mother dying of causes related to childbirth is estimated to be 1 in 65—compared with 1 in 1,100 in Thailand (WHO 2002).

Why ECD are Important for IBU

Monday, 15 December 2008 00:30

The reasons for investing in Early Childhood Development programs are numerous and interrelated. A child's ability to think, form relationship, and live up to his or her full potential is directly related to the synergistic effect of good health, better nutrition, and appropriate stimulation and interaction with others. Trip to Vienna - Waldzell Meeting 2008 and AoF Training

Thursday, 23 October 2008 03:05

Last month, I have another opportunity to attend the Waldzell Meeting in Vienna Austria a global dialogue for inspiration which was held in Melk Abbey, Vienna. As part of my benefit as Waldzell Institute's Architect of The Future, I was invited to attend those inspirational meeting like I did last year. I was privilege to meet so many wonderful people especially the new AoF 2008 and also old fellow of AoF. The theme for the the Waldzell meeting 2008 is the 'Time is Now' from my point of view about the topic is the that the time is now to start do something to make better world through different things, stop abusing the earth like the lady from Egypt who clean one of the city in Egypt from Waste with the waste recycling business, start new approach of business that could benefit to larger people like Muhamad Yunus did with the Grameen Bank and other things who can change the world to a better place for everyone. the speaker not only a great achiever Social Entrepreneur but also include greatest scientist, such as Wolf Singer director of Max Planck Institute for Brain Research, Bruce Lipton, an American Scientist who discover that genes and DNA do not control our biology; that instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts.
