VISION

The Indonesian, prioritizing the preparation of qualified future generations in terms of health, intelligence (emotional, intellectual, and social) and secure from disaster risk.

This is supported by three main pillars of stakeholders, namely the government, funding agencies and networks of civil society organizations. In-order-to prepares the future generation, national and regional governments increase the allocation of public funds for early childhood education, elementary education, health of mother and child, and early childhood development programs
establishment as a state investment to develop smart, healthy and disaster risk-safe future generation.

Correspondingly, funding agencies including donors and local/international NGOs in all sectors have considered, calculated, and allocated funds into the early childhood development issue. It become the priority issue that alligned with other strategic development issues such as: eradicating poverty, climate change, gender equality and human rights in general. Furthermore, early childhood development issues are addressed to public and civil society networks that concerned on those issues to be developed as community service program, research and advocacy.)

MISSION

  • IBU Foundation focused on community empowerment service, research, and two-ways policy engagement (policy maker and civilian public) in economic sovereignty of people, mother & child health, early childhood education, and disaster risk management.
  • IBU Foundation facilitate the development of mother & child health and early childhood education service as well as economic empowerment based on people's sovereignty in determining their own destiny.
  • IBU Foundation will also mobilize and bridge the collaboration of civil public networks consisted of academics, volunteers, social service organisations, and media to encourage early childhood development issue into national priority issue.
  • Management of the organisation develops the basis of funding organisation through networking efforts with funding organisations that shared the vision with IBU Foundation, endowment fund raising, and commercial activities to generate income in line with the law and organisational values.
  • Management of the organisation ensures the sustainable development of staff competencies and systematic management of knowledge. Executive management also focuses on organizational development in term of risk and quality management.
