The situation that I felt before I was at IBU Foundation with is lack of experience in organizing activity. In IBU Foundation, I learned a lot about this. I learned to at least know how an activity was designed, implemented, and how the evaluation of the activities that have been implemented.
Besides that, another thing that I also get in here is how to work together better in a team. 2014 volunteers really helped me in developing my teamwork skills. We share in many ways, experiences, knowledge, and this makes me feel I can carry out various activities together well. This team does not teach me not to make mistakes, but to dare to face mistakes so I can fix them later.
These changes I experienced and I felt consciously because I could apply them in my daily life. In interacting, I feel to be more sensitive, more able to give portions in doing things efficiently and solve problems effectively. This is also strengthened by some opinions from my environment. My environment captures some changes that occur within me and they feel that development is a positive thing for me.
The development that I feel has happened within me, I hope this can be a good thing in carrying out various activities in the IBU Foundation later because so far I have experienced many things done here that require good teamwork. I am confident that I can continue to develop myself here with my 2014 volunteer friends. Because I will not be able to carry out internal capacity development without their help and cooperation.
